Bursh Brewery is one of the smallest in Latvia and is located in a very picturesque spot—right on the banks of the Aiviekste River, not far from where it flows into the Daugava River. The company was founded on April 7, 2014, and the very first brew was made on May 1, 2014.

Bursh Brewery is set up in an old stone building that once served as a farm. According to local stories, the building was constructed around 120 years ago. The breath of history gives the brewery a special charm and a pleasant atmosphere. Here, you can feel the touch of history blending with the modern world.

Currently, the brewery offers three types of beer: light, dark, and one of the world's most popular beer styles, IPA. Each beer recipe is unique and carefully crafted to provide the best experience for everyone.

The brewing process uses local water, Latvian-produced malt, and the highest quality hops. The beer is brewed over an open flame, giving each batch its own distinctive and unique flavor. The fire is alive and doesn’t always obey human wishes, which is why each brew is highly valued and contains notes of ancient flavors.
